created the ConnectionService that is responsible for connecting to the server and authentication of the user.
created the LibraryServices that is responsible for library related methods, currently it is used to get all the libraries from the current user and printing them to the console.
added set up console host and set up serilog

setup console host and added serilog 6314051d1b

- setup a console host that act as entry point to the application.
- added serilog with console and file logging.

created a connection service 7199b687ed

- created a connection service that has a connect and authenticate
method.
- the connect method connects to a jellyfin server.
- the authenticate method authenticates the user and adds the
authentication token to the sdk settings.

added library loading to verify authentication works 51dababe41

- added library service with get and print methods.
- get method creates a request to get the libraries of the logged in
users.
- print method calls the get method to then print some of the libraries'
information.
